National Junior Vice Commandant

National Junior Vice Commandant​ shall create and promulgate such membership incentives and programs as will produce enthusiastic response resulting in continuous membership growth. In the absence or illness of the National Commandant and the National Senior Vice Commandant, he shall perform the duties of that office.
